Entra Join (join types)
Entra Join (Beitrittsarten)
Microsoft Entra join: the device belongs to the cloud identity; the user signs in with the work account (classic cloud-only).
Hybrid join: the device is in both on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID - for environments with on-prem AD.
Entra registered: the device stays personal but gets an Entra identity for access (BYOD).
