Technical target standard
We develop and test the website against WCAG 2.2 at conformance level AA and the web requirements of EN 301 549. Automated checks are complemented by keyboard, reflow and manual reviews.

Legal assessment
Online contracts with consumers may qualify as electronic commerce services under the German Accessibility Strengthening Act. Whether the micro-enterprise exemption applies depends on headcount, turnover or balance-sheet total and the operator’s actual sales model. This assessment must be professionally confirmed before public paid operation.
Limits of this statement
Automated tests cannot identify every barrier. A complete external conformance audit and the operator’s legal approval are still pending. Individual barriers may therefore remain in course content or user journeys despite ongoing checks.
